The Secret to the BEST Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are usually considered a boring part of breakfast. However for scrambled eggs that stand out there is a secret ingredient: add half a tbsp of cream or half-and-half for each egg. This will make them a little more creamy and decadent. But there is an additional secret: You need to cook them slowly over low heat and remove before they are fully cooked.

Now I know some people are a little squeamish about eggs not being fully cooked so if you’re one of those people add the cream and cook on low, just cook the eggs for a bit longer. But you’re missing out!
